These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Drop your agent website and the services we offer. By accessing our site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Services:

Your Drop Agent offers e-commerce consulting and digital services including:

  • Shopify store creation and setup

  • Branding and content design

  • Product sourcing and fulfillment tool setup

  • Ad campaign and marketing automation

  • Ongoing support and delegation services

Services are provided according to the selected package: Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

3. Pricing and Payment:

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclude VAT unless specified.
Full payment is required before services begin unless a custom agreement is made in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, or other pre-approved platforms.
Invoices are available upon request.

4. Refunds and Cancellations:

We do not offer refunds once service work has begun.
Refunds are only possible if no work has started.

5. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback. Delays due to lack of response or missing inputs are not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property:

All materials created remain the property of Your Drop Agent until full payment is received.
Clients may not resell or reuse these materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for platform issues (Shopify, Meta, etc.), business performance, or indirect damages caused by service use.

8. Modifications:

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Paris, France.
