Refund Policy

At Your Drop Agent, we strive to deliver high-quality, professional e-commerce services to all our clients. Due to the nature of our work—which involves custom setups, strategy, and digital execution—we do not offer standard refunds once a project has started.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services:
“All services delivered, such as Shopify store creation, branding, fulfillment setup, or digital marketing, are custom and non-reversible.”. Once a service is initiated, planned, or delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility Before Project Start:
You may request a refund only if no work has started on your project. “If you pay in advance and cancel before any consultation, planning, or development begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative or processing fees).”

3. Project Pause or Delay:
If a project is delayed due to lack of information or inactivity on your part for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to mark it as complete. No refund will be issued.

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer support throughout your engagement.If you have concerns or are dissatisfied with any service provided, please reach out to our team — we’ll do our best to resolve them within the scope of your selected service pack.
